What products do you offer?

A.

Our main products offered are custom lapel pins and Challenge coins, however we can also make Keychains, Cufflinks, Earrings, Belt Buckles, Bottle openers, Lanyards, PVC Patches, and Stitched Patches.

Where do I begin the process?

A.

Simple!  All you have to do is go to our free quote form, fill out your information and select which options you would like, at the end you can either attach your artwork or provide us with reference images and a detailed description, hit submit and your done! Also, feel free to email us what you would like at [email protected]  Easy as pie!

What formats can I send you my artwork in?

A.

We can work with almost any file type, but we do have our favorites as they allow us to work quicker!  We prefer .ai, or .eps files, but we can also work with .jpg, .png, .pdf, .doc, .bmp and many others.

Q.

What if I don't have artwork and only an idea or concept?

A.

Don't worry, it's our job to help bring your vision to life. So if you just have a concept, provide us with a written description and we will turn it into amazing artwork. If you know what colors you would like, or can find some reference images online that help illustrate what look or style you are going for, this will help us provide you with something closer to what you were envisioning.

What is your minimum order quantity?

A.

Our minimum order size for pins is 100 and for coins 50. Occasionally, we may make an exception to this, but it is done on a case by case basis.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A.

We accept all major credit cards, checks and PayPal. Note that if paying by check, we cannot begin production until we receive the check, so credit/debit card or PayPal is preferred.

Q.

How long does it take to receive my order?

A.

Production typically takes anywhere from 10-14 business days depending on the complexity of the design, and shipping takes anywhere from 2-4 days. On average from the time payment is received you will have your order in your hand in about 3 weeks from the time your payment is received.

Do you require payment upfront prior to receiving the order?

A.

Yes, due to the custom nature of our products we do require payment in full prior to starting production.

Q.

Do you charge mold or setup fees?

A.

For pins we give one free mold per order, each additional mold is $55.00. On offset printed pins (digitally printed) we do have a set up fee of $75.00 per design. For Coins, mold fees are waived on all coins up to 2.5" when ordered in quantities of 300. For 3D coins a set up fee of $150 per side is charged and it is not waived with the mold fees when ordered in quantities of 300 or greater. Mold costs for coins depend on the size of the coin, please refer to our coin pricing page to see what costs will be associated with your order. If you prefer, you can also call us and a friendly customer service rep can assist you with pricing.​

Can I use a copywritten character or artwork?

A.

Unfortunately we do not. Creating and selling copywritten material is subject to legal ramifications from the original creator(s) and can result in lawsuits and other incurred liabilities.

Q.

Can you ship to an APO/FPO address?

A.

Absolutely! We can do this for you but additional charges do apply for this service because it involves additional shipping from the U.S. to the APO/FPO destination. The costs vary depending on order size so contact one of our friendly sales associates to inquire what the cost would be for your particular project.

What's the smallest or largest pin size I can make?

A.

We can make designs up to 6” in size, our smallest really depends on the level of detail on your artwork but typically .75” is the smallest we go.

Q.

Are mold's retained after production of my pin or coin?

A.

Yes, we keep all molds on file for up to 2 years from the date of your last order.  If you decide to reorder your design within that 2 year time frame you will not be charged for that mold again and it will be retained for an additional 2 years following your latest purchase.

Are your products made in the U.S.A.?

A.

Our main manufacturing facilities are overseas in China. We do have USA manufacturing available, but the cost is significantly higher than what is listed on our site and the turnaround time is much longer than our overseas option. Our customer support and in-house design team, however, are all located right here in Texas.

Q.

What shipping methods do you use?

A.

We ship using FEDEX 2-DAY International shipping.  While shipping to the continental U.S. is free, we can ship anywhere in the world. Please contact us for a quote if you are shipping outside of the United States, and our friendly customer service reps will answer any questions you may have.

Q.

What happens if I receive my product and there is an error?

A.

We always strive for every order to be perfect and we 100% stand behind all of our products.  However, we are not perfect.  If for some reason you receive a product that has a manufacturing error, we ask that you contact us with a description of the problem along with photos within 30 days of delivery.  We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly remake the pins or coins at no charge to you should we find there was an error made. 

Q.

What colors can I use to produce my pin or coin?

A.

We use Pantone Solid Coated colors for all of our enamel and silkscreen options. If you have any specific pantone color you'd like used you can send it to us and we will make sure it is incorporated into your artwork. If you do not, that is fine.
